When you own a mobile home that is sited on the Park you become liable for a site license fee each year.
	YOUR LICENSE FEE COVERS THE FOLLOWING:
The Park is open each year from March to October inclusive.

When you own a mobile home that is sited on the Park, you become liable for a site license fee each year. This fee and corresponding license agreement allows you to keep your mobile home on the Park. The License Fee for 2011 is €2,700. It is in addition to the purchase price of your mobile home. It is invoiced each year in January and payable in full by April 1st.

YOUR LICENSE FEE COVERS THE FOLLOWING:

• The provision of your water and sewerage service
• The provision of your TV service
• The collection and disposal of your domestic refuse
• Full re-cycling facilities
• Grass cutting of your site and of all common areas of the Park
• Full and exclusive use of all on site facilities and leisure amenities
• Maintenace of the indoor facilites common rooms
• Winter storage of your mobile home

The Park is open each year from March to October inclusive. During the closed period (Nov-Feb) there is no mains supply to the units. During this time, clients do not have access to the Park unless by prior arrangment with management
